Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of this website, randslandscaping.net. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, the fix is simple: close the site and call us instead at (256) 990-9319. Nothing here changes any separate written agreement we sign with you for actual work.

Who you are dealing with

R&S Lawncare & Landscape is the name we work under. The legal entity is R&S Lawn Care & Landscape LLC, an Alabama limited liability company, licensed and insured, working in Huntsville and North Alabama, about an hour out in any direction. Owner: Ricardo Santiago.

What this site is

This site shows our work, lists our services, and gives you a way to reach us. It is informational. Reading it does not create a contract between us, nothing on it is an offer you can accept by clicking, and no page on it collects payment or creates an account.

Quotes and estimates

Estimates are free. Any number on this site or spoken over the phone is a starting point, not a binding price. A quote binds us only after we confirm it in writing and you agree to it. Costs can change after we walk the property and see what the job actually takes, and any such change gets told to you before work starts, not after. Descriptions of services on this site are general; the scope of any actual job is what we agree to in writing.

Our content

The text, logo, layout, and design of this site belong to R&S Lawn Care & Landscape LLC. The photographs of completed work are ours. Some images still stand in for our own project photos while we gather them; they show the kind of work we do, not a promise of a specific result on your property. You may view and share links to this site freely. You may not copy our logo or content into your own materials, scrape the site, or present any of it as yours, without written permission.

Acceptable use

Use the contact form to send real details about a property you own or manage. Do not use this site or its form to send anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive, to impersonate anyone, to probe or interfere with the site's operation, or to submit automated traffic. The server limits how often the form can be submitted from one place and silently discards submissions that behave like bots; if you hit a limit as a real person, wait a few minutes or just call us.

No warranties

We keep this site as accurate as we can manage, and we correct mistakes when we find them. Even so, the site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content may be out of date between updates. Nothing on this site is professional advice about your specific property; call us and we will look at the real thing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent Alabama law allows, R&S Lawn Care & Landscape LLC and its owner and crew are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, and our total liability arising from the website itself is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation is about the website only. Liability for actual landscaping work we perform is governed by the written agreement for that work and by Alabama law, not by this page.

Indemnification

If your misuse of this site or your violation of these terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the costs and damages that misuse causes.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website belongs in the state or federal courts serving Madison County, Alabama, and both sides consent to that venue. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term today does not waive it tomorrow.

Changes to these terms

We may change this page. The date at the top shows the last edit, and using the site after a change means you accept the version posted then. Changes are never retroactive.
